Through educational workshops at Narsha hospital, Narsha medical staff contribute to developing better shoulder treatments by sharing their knowledge and skills on shoulder treatments with other orthopedics.

Workshop participants can observe shoulder surgery, and outpatient clinics at Narsha hospital. Also, Narsha Shoulder Research Center offers surgical practices using a shoulder training model for participants to learn how to perform arthroscopic shoulder surgery. Through the training, participants can acquire practical knowledge and skills that they have not experienced in the general educational curriculum. The experiences at the workshop can be helpful for the participants to perform shoulder surgery later.

• Visiting Surgeon Program & Registeration

The Narsha medical team shares their knowledge and skills on shoulder treatments through workshops outside of Narsha hospital. For example, Changsoo Lee, and Dongki Lee at Narsha hospital were invited to Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital as workshop instructors. They provided theoretical explanation on shoulder surgery (i.e., arthroscopic rotator cuff repair) and surgical trainings with cadavers.
